How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
What are the shipping charges?
We provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as we are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders.
How will the delivery be done?
· We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
· If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Do you deliver internationally?
Rhythmcreation does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use DHL, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Rhythmcreation items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?
Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Rhythmcreation.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.
Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
What is your refund policy?
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on Rhythmcreation.
What is your refund procedure?
The customer/buyer has to get back to Rhythmcreation customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. Rhythmcreation will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the artisan/designer and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to us for the product will be borne by the customer.
We have a customer friendly return policy - we will refund you the
full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the below return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email to email@example.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
b) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged.
d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a).
If you have made an online payment, refunds will take following number of days to your bank account:
1. Netbanking: 3 working days
2. Debit Card: 7 working days
3. Credit Card: 9 working days
